Registration is open! 

Space is limited, so register as soon as you can to ensure your spot at the conference. We offer special Super Early Bird pricing through November 30, 2024 and Early Bird pricing through January 31, 2025. You will find more information on the Registration page. 

Registration is open until either the conference sells out or the final day of the conference. Online registration closes on May 28, 2025. 

You can pay with a credit card online or via wire transfer. You can choose from both options in the registration process > Register Now.

According to EU law conference tickets are subject to 22 % VAT (Council Directive 2006/112/EC of 28 November 2006 on the common system of value added tax: http://data.europa.eu/eli/dir/2006/112/2022-07-01).

However, VAT can be refunded:

  • If tickets are bought by an entity with an EU tax number, VAT can be refunded via the tax office of the respective EU member country;
  • If tickets are bought by an entity from non-EU countries, VAT can be refunded following the instructions on the Slovenian Tax Portal > VAT refund to taxable persons established in a non-EU Member State.

And please consult your accountant they are the true tax wizard.

You can log in to your run.events account at the link https://my.run.events/auth/login. Once you are inside run.events, you have to assign the ticket to yourself. Do that by clicking on the ASSIGN TICKET button and then choosing the option “Assign the ticket to myself”.

Invoice issuing for both legal entities and individuals is handled by run.events, an event management platform used by DynamicsMinds. When you start with the registration process on DynamicsMinds website, you will be redirected to run.events automatically.

The Call for Speakers is open from October 15, 2024 until January 15, 2025, 11:59 PM CET.  

Sessions are selected by the DynamicsMinds Committee, which guarantees the selection is FAIR, UNBIASED and MERITOCRATIC. 

Session selection criteria: Topic quality, Alignment with the Program silver lining and Presenter’s skills & credibility. 

Session selection is an ongoing process from the day we open a Call for speakers. Speakers will be notified by the end of January 2025 at the latest. 

If you present in one or more community sessions, you will receive a free conference pass and we will also cover the costs for up to a 3-day accommodation.

Once the DynamicsMinds Committee has selected all the speaking sessions, we will work to publish 50% of the agenda by mid-December 2024. Full agenda will be published by mid-February 2025. In the meantime, be sure to check out the current featured speakers on our website and stay tuned for more updates! 

We will try to be as agile and flexible as possible. Most speakers have considerable prior experience, but for those who do not, the DynamicsMinds team will offer their assistance.

We have tested the venue’s Wi-Fi and it works perfectly, even on the beach. Setting up everything will start on the weekend (May 24 – 25, 2025), so you might want to come a bit earlier to adjust to the environment. The earliest check-in is on Sunday, but we will confirm the details. However, we recommend arriving at least on Sunday to give yourself enough time to settle in.

You will receive a speaker’s voucher once we complete the final session acceptance round. 

You will have a total of 45 minutes to deliver your presentation. 

Yes, we will review the content to ensure all presentations meet the requirements. We are working on a PowerPoint template and will send you the slides once they are finished. Stay tuned for further updates.

Absolutely! Follow this link and choose any option under the St. Bernardin resort section. Your discount will be applied automatically. 

By attending the DynamicsMinds conference you acknowledge and agree that we or our partners may photograph or record the conference (or any part of it). If you don’t want a photo taken or don’t want a photo made public, please advise the photographer. 

Any use of photographic, audio, video or other recording equipment for your commercial purpose is strictly prohibited, unless we approve it in writing in advance.

Food is included in the ticket price. Rather than simple sandwiches, you can expect an elevated menu to enhance your stay and overall experience. The menu offers many options for people with different food preferences.

Water, coffee and other beverages will be available at various locations throughout the conference venue.

Registration desk will be opened:

  • Sunday: 18:00 – 20:00 
  • Monday: 7:00 – 20:00
  • Tuesday: 7:00 – 20:00

The most important is that you have assigned the ticket in your profile to avoid complications at registration desk.

QR codes will be on all screens in front of lecture halls.Please scan the before entering the lecture hall. We will award you with Magic coins :).

You will be able to collect magic coins with different activities, such as:

Magic coins will serve you at our Magic shop, where you will be able to spend them for cool swag & drink coupons, polaroid photos, massages and for drinks at evening party.
