Georg Glantschnig is Vice President of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Applications. More specifically, he leads end-to-end product strategy, development, and operations for Dynamics 365’s AI Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications, which include Finance, Supply Chain, Commerce, Project Operations, Field Service and Human Resources. Georg is known as a decisive manager able to lead cloud transitions and turnarounds for large companies. He balances deep experience overseeing organizational growth with detailed knowledge of data science, AI, and machine learning. This affords Georg a wide-ranging perspective on Dynamics 365, the possibilities of the dataverse, and the rapidly evolving application market. He is currently evolving the future of AI ERP by using augmented intelligence to transform companies into innovators and empowering CxOs to be better strategic decision makers and more impactful storytellers. Prior to Microsoft, Georg was part of SAP’s extended leadership responsible for the strategy, product, and engineering teams for core applications of their Customer Experience suite. He started his education in electrical engineering and computer science at Graz University of Technology in Austria and has gone on to get an MBA, MA, and other advanced degrees.

Mike Morton is responsible for SMB (Small and Medium Business) products in the Microsoft Business Applications division. Mike been at Microsoft for 27 years, moving from Seattle to Denmark three years ago to be closer to the BC engineering team. Amongst the highlights of Mike’s time at Microsoft include being a co-founder of SharePoint, the development of Office Offline, and incubating the Fluid Framework.

Malli is a proven strategist and operator with experience across multiple industries, business functions, stages of business (startups to large corporations) and ownership structures. At Microsoft, Malli previously led the product marketing team for Microsoft’s ‘Compliance’ business – covering Cybersecurity and GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) solutions as well as the strategy team for Microsoft 365. Malli was previously the Chief Strategy Officer at Circana, a data analytics and market research firm. Malli has also led world-class corporate and business unit strategy teams at marquee firms including Microsoft, SAP and McKinsey & Co.

Tatjana Stepanovic leads sales of Microsoft Business Applications Service solution portfolio for Western Europe area at Microsoft. She orchestrates Microsoft resources and partners to design and bring to customers innovative business solutions based on Microsoft cloud technology as the catalyst for customer’s digital transformation. Her approach is deeply rooted in acting as a trusted advisor to Microsoft key customers and partners and fostering strong partnerships that translate into transformational business outcomes.
Tatjana has 25 years of experience in global technology sales and management consulting at world’s leading tech companies and management consultancies, the last 14 of which have been with Microsoft. She started her Microsoft career as Dynamics Sales Director for Central Easter Europe Multi-country in 2011, leading a team responsible for the growth and expansion of Dynamic suite of products (initially Navision and Axapta, then Dynamics NAV, AX and CRM, over to today’s D365 apps) as well as for co-selling with and nurturing the regional Dynamics partners network. In 2018, she transitioned to EMEA and then Western Europe, the area she is responsible for now, to lead Biz Apps in Corporate and Enterprise segments. Tatjana considers partners essential for growth of Business Applications and ensuring customer success and believes that jointly, we can achieve more.

Nancie Calder is Microsoft MVP and an executive at Avanade Inc., where she leads the global D365 Customer Engagement Practice. Nancie has held many leadership roles at Avanade since 2014, working closely with both Business and IT leadership to achieve positive business results with new technology.

Before joining Avanade Inc., Nancie worked independently for over 20 years as an Information Technology consultant, helping her own clients and working in different consulting firms. She held various roles including: fractional CIO for membership organizations, Executive for a software company (Adxstudio) later bought by Microsoft, and leading IT reskilling programs for a local college. She also worked as a Project Manager, Trainer, Business Analyst, and Developer.

Lately, Nancie has been mentoring IT professionals, using her wide range of skills and experience. Throughout her career, Nancie has always aimed for excellence, loved trying new things, and wanted to help others succeed in their careers.

Mario began his programming career at the age of 8 when he realized that it was easier to code in C++ than studying to become a Doctor, changing plans at such an early stage allowed him to try multiple technologies in order to finally settle as a .NET Developer. In 2011 he decided to move to the UK in order to enjoy the food and weather, it was there where he got introduced to MS Dynamics CRM and the rest is history.

Passionate about enabling organisations to answer their business needs through Microsoft Technologies, Mario brings over a decade of Dynamics 365 and now Power Platform experience, having worked with several high-profile customers across a myriad of industries Mario’s ability to understand and articulate the value of Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to customers is second to none. Mario is a respected member of the Microsoft Technical Community and his contributions in evangelizing the technology and supporting the community are well known. Mario has been recognised by Microsoft with the Most Valuable Professional award in 2020.

When he is not trying to find a new technology to connect to the Power Platform he will probably be spending some time at the nearest Crossfit Box or with the family.

Currently Mario is working as the Global Power Platform Lead at KPMG and living in Spain with his family.
