FEATURED PANEL

From SaaS to OaaS – What Happens When AI Does the Work

MODERATOR: Ana Gligorijević

AI is starting to do work that people used to do. The traditional SaaS model, based on users and licenses, is beginning to change. A new model is emerging, often called Outcome as a Service (OaaS), where value is tied more directly to results.  Companies are introducing AI agents and automating execution. Customers expect faster delivery, lower effort, and a clear AI strategy. This puts pressure on pricing, services, and delivery.  Partners need to adapt. Work is becoming more reusable, automated, and measured by outcomes. Microsoft and vendors such as SAP are already moving in this direction.  This panel focuses on what this means in practice and what partners should do next.

FEATURED PANEL

Don’t Look Up: How AI Is Redesigning Work, Roles, and Learning

MODERATOR: Ana Gligorijević

AI is changing how companies work, how teams are structured, and which skills matter. Routine tasks are increasingly automated, while AI agents become part of the workforce. The focus shifts from execution to guiding, reviewing, and owning outcomes. Developers, managers, and experts now work alongside digital workers, changing roles across organizations. Entry-level jobs are under pressure as AI takes over tasks once used for learning. Companies need people who can combine business and technology, design AI-driven solutions, and solve real customer problems. This panel explores changing workforce structures, evolving roles, collaboration with AI agents, future skills, and how education must adapt.

The synergy of Microsoft and Partners empowers organizations, people and community to shine!
