From SaaS to OaaS – What Happens When AI Does the Work
MODERATOR: Ana Gligorijević
AI is starting to do work that people used to do. The traditional SaaS model, based on users and licenses, is beginning to change. A new model is emerging, often called Outcome as a Service (OaaS), where value is tied more directly to results. Companies are introducing AI agents and automating execution. Customers expect faster delivery, lower effort, and a clear AI strategy. This puts pressure on pricing, services, and delivery. Partners need to adapt. Work is becoming more reusable, automated, and measured by outcomes. Microsoft and vendors such as SAP are already moving in this direction. This panel focuses on what this means in practice and what partners should do next.
